Graduating with Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 2011, Aisha’s scope of practise focuses on helping people express themselves through their nervous system. She works with people to help improve sports performance, pre and post-natal health, pain and headaches, wellness and vitality or gut health. Aisha utilises cutting edge neurological techniques to help identify stress that weakens the nervous system. This stress can be found in the form of toxins, diet, physical/emotional stress and sugar.
Aisha is dedicated to ongoing continued education and working with aligned, eminent health care professionals to improve and implement new ways of looking after her clients.
Post-graduation, Aisha took a keen interest in Sports Chiropractic and Biomechanics, working trackside at sport and football events. Observing how good nutrition was essential for athlete strength and endurance, Aisha undertook further research in Nutrition and began working alongside a leading Traditional Chinese Herbalist, gathering crucial knowledge on facial diagnosis and herbal medicine prescription. Further applying this training and knowledge to her own family and clients who have benefited from her fusion of Chinese Medicine and Chiropractic.
Aisha is trained in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), which merges Kinesiology, Chiropractic and Chinese Meridian points to locate emotions affecting our bodies. Having undertaken further education and worked alongside one of the most skilled NET practitioners in Australia, Aisha now utilises this technique with clients of all ages including ageing population, children, athletes and those living with gastrointestinal issues.
Aisha grew up on a 200-acre horse stud in southwestern Sydney, spending her time in open spaces herding cattle and riding motorbikes. Always taking a keen interest in the health of the animals and visitors who came and wanted her healing hands on their sore tired muscles. From 10 years old Aisha was regularly massaging relatives and friends. Little did she know that it would guide me on her life’s journey.
Aisha has always been passionate about health and has loved spending the past 7 years working with the community. In her spare time Aisha enjoys Acroyoga, the beach, dancing, cooking and spending time with loved ones. Aisha looks forward to meeting you and helping you attain the best version of yourself.
